Hayley DeArman was born and raised in Austin, TX and graduated summa cum laude from St. Edward’s University with a BA in Communication.

Hayley DeArman is an Austin, TX native through and through. As a summa cum laude graduate from St. Edward’s University with a BA in Communication, Hayley began her career in newspaper advertising sales, then moved to a female-focused magazine where she managed integrated print and online advertising solutions. After gaining an understanding of the importance of a strong online presence, she transitioned into a highly competitive sales and client management role at a nationally recognized digital marketing agency, working with premier accounts nationwide.

Hayley offers Catalyst clients 17 years of experience as a Healthcare Marketing Specialist with over a decade spent immersed in Google Ads and the ever-changing digital advertising landscape. Hayley has a strong knowledge of pay-per-click advertising and is committed to helping businesses grow exponentially through strategic, targeted and measurable online marketing solutions.

Hayley currently resides in Austin with her husband. With a love for her hometown and a passion for travel and the outdoors, she enjoys scooter rides with their elder-Pug, attending Acroyoga meetups, managing their Airbnb rental, teaching herself ukulele and planning future adventures!
