Project Management, Training and Support
Deadlines are important to Catalyst and we are committed to meeting your goals. By working with your staff, our staff and any additional resources we can effectively coordinate all the pieces and continually provide catalyst to keep each project moving forward toward your objectives, goals and deadlines. All projects are thoroughly explained and staff trained on how to execute each individual marketing plan. Understanding that most people are goal oriented, we believe in using small achievable targets to help keep your staff motivated and regular communication to ensure a clear view of the processes and goals. We regularly update your practice on project progress and work with you to determine the best form and frequency to present status reports and project “to do” lists.
Marketing plan parameters are tracked through a Catalyst designed project management system that is regularly updated to insure that progress, time estimates, expenses, billing and additional project changes are constantly accurate, up to date and readily available to each practice.
